Creative premise / Execution

Designing a repeatable hospitality social format.

  1. 01

    Observed opportunity

Cinematic food content can build desire, but it is resource-intensive to repeat and may not give viewers a fresh reason to stop between larger productions. The opportunity was a simpler content engine built from familiar dining behaviour, a quick visual setup and a reproducible payoff.

  2. 02

    Creative proposition

The film begins with the recognisable tension of one last piece. A hand removes it, the empty tray holds just long enough, then a wipe replaces scarcity with an overflowing spread. Deadpan performance, physical misdirection and a near-loop structure test how a simple setup can earn attention and make the payoff natural to replay without relying on high-production spectacle.

  3. 03

    Study output

A 15-second, 9:16 self-initiated social-format prototype structured as setup, disappearance, reset and payoff, demonstrating a repeatable direction for everyday hospitality content.
